Blacklist data is kept in the personal credit information system of the central bank for five years, and negative information such as particularly serious and obviously malicious bankruptcy is kept for ten years. If the retention period exceeds, the negative record will be deleted in the personal credit report. If it is to be eliminated, it will take another five years. After the five-year retrospective period, the bank will automatically cancel the blacklist. "Sunshine Integrity Alliance" was established in 2065438+February 2007. Initiated by JD.COM, it has joined forces with well-known enterprises such as Tencent, Baidu, Wal-Mart China, Procter & Gamble, Lenovo, Midea, Xiaomi, Meituan Dianping, Vipshop, Li Ning, Yonghui Supermarket, Wojia Xinrongmao and China Renmin University Criminal Law Science Research Center. Within a few months of its establishment, the alliance has been recognized by more than 20 enterprises, including Didi Chuxing, 58 Group, Sohu, SF Commercial and so on. Now, the number of member units has grown to 173, with more than one million employees. JD.COM and 37 enterprises jointly issued an anti-corruption manifesto: refusing to hire untrustworthy personnel. The alliance will also establish an exchange platform for anti-corruption, anti-fraud and cracking down on counterfeit and shoddy products, gather the strength of the alliance to crack down on all kinds of fraud and black industrial chains, establish a brand protection cooperation mechanism, and maintain normal business order.
