2. If you are employed in a unit without authority, you can also choose to transfer your household registration and files back to the original personnel department after employment. The personnel department of origin mostly refers to the personnel bureau of prefecture-level cities, but the policies and regulations vary from place to place. For example, Liaoning Province requires admission by the Liaoning Provincial Department of Education; Heilongjiang Province is uniformly received by the Personnel Department; In other provinces and cities, the file accounts of fresh graduates need to be sent back to the provincial university graduate distribution office or employment guidance service center, and graduates need to consult the local receiving unit before going through the relevant procedures.

3. If you are employed in a company with authority, move the files and registered permanent residence to the workplace, and the files will be directly received by the employment unit. The length of service in the file will increase year by year, and your account will be directly settled in the local account management department.

4. Choose to sign an agreement with the employment guidance center for college graduates in the province where the graduation school is located. The term of this agreement is one to three years, and it can be renewed or terminated after the expiration. During the agreement period, the employment guidance center of provincial college graduates provides graduates with: archival materials storage and inquiry; Issue relevant certificates for going abroad (border) for political examination, further education, employment, postgraduate entrance examination and marriage; Go through the formalities of settlement; Provide party member, a graduate, with the transfer of organizational relations, collect membership dues, conduct annual assessment, and go through the formalities of regularization and grading.

Second, the hukou moved back to its original place.

1, apply to the local police station;

2. The local police station agreed to move in;

3. Apply to the local police station where the current account is located to move out;

4. The police station where the household registration is located opens the household registration certificate;

5. Hold the household registration certificate and relevant certification materials (your reasons) to apply for moving in to the household administration department of the Municipal Public Security Bureau where you moved in;

6. License issued by the household administration department;

7. Go back to the local police station with the "Quasi-moving Certificate" to move out and open a transfer certificate;

8. Go to the local police station with the migration certificate and ID card.

Seven, improve the relevant policies of unemployed college graduates. For college graduates who have entered the unfinished work unit after leaving school, the file management institution will waive the service fee for keeping their files. According to my wishes, the school can move the registered permanent residence to the place where it was registered before entering school or keep it in the original university within two years. After the work unit is implemented, the household registration will be moved to the place where it is located. For college graduates who have not implemented their work units for more than two years, schools and archives management institutions will move their school accounts and files back to their pre-school domicile.

Article 10 If a citizen moves out of the jurisdiction of the household registration authority, he or the head of the household shall declare to the household registration authority for moving out before moving out, obtain a migration certificate and cancel the household registration.
