The vice president in charge of teaching is in charge of library work. The library has 1 curator and 2 deputy curators. There are five departments in the library. Editing department: responsible for the procurement, classification, cataloging and collection of literature resources; Circulation department: responsible for the borrowing of books and documents, the management of reading rooms and the guidance of readers; Reading department: responsible for reading periodical literature and audio-visual materials and providing consultation for readers; Network technology department: responsible for system and network maintenance, reader registration, web page update, resource update, etc. The reference department is responsible for the library's topic selection service, agent search, interlibrary loan, original text transmission, information push, reader training, paper submission, etc. The business division in the museum is clear and meticulous, and the working atmosphere is harmonious and upward.

The library currently has 50 staff members. Literature resources construction
The literature construction work of the library is mainly based on the professional setting of the school and the actual needs of teaching and scientific research work, insisting on focusing on professional literature and leaning towards characteristic disciplines, dominant disciplines, key disciplines and newly-built disciplines. After years of construction, our library has established a collection system focusing on economy, finance, taxation, insurance, industry and commerce, marketing, international economy, accounting and statistics. In recent years, with the increase of majors, books for foreign languages, computers, news, mathematics, law and other majors have also been built. As of 20 1 1, 65438+2,31,the library has 20,000 copies of paper books 1.2.
The library also strengthened the construction of electronic literature resources, and purchased 740,000 kinds of electronic books from Superstar Company and Shusheng Company. Modernization and equipment
Our library has attached great importance to modernization for many years. As early as 1993, computer management software was introduced, and computer management was implemented for book acquisition, cataloging, collection and circulation. With the development of computer and its software technology, in order to meet the needs of library business construction, standardization and networking, the original system was replaced on the basis of full investigation and demonstration, and the Huiwen system management software was introduced in June 2005, which made the automation management level of our library reach a new level.
The library has a 30 1 seat electronic reading room, a 140 seat audio-visual reference room, and a public inquiry system retrieval machine is installed in the library. After years of development, the library has software and hardware equipment such as server (15), large storage (35T), switch, integrated management system (Huiwen information management system) and electronic reading room management. The server is open 24 hours a day, and a webpage has been established. Readers can learn about the collection and borrowing information, search various databases, and read electronic journals and books through the library webpage and campus network.
Institution building
Over the years, especially after moving into the new library, the library has always attached importance to the construction of rules and regulations. According to the concept of "people-oriented, reader-centered", the original system was revised and improved, and a scientific and reasonable system was basically formed, which provided institutional guarantee for ensuring the quality and efficiency of library work.
Reader work
The library provides lending service, reading service, electronic document retrieval service, public inquiry service, interlibrary loan service, audio-visual materials service and copying service. For the convenience of students, the reading room for collecting periodical materials is equipped with a copier. The first and second study rooms and study rooms are open from 6 am to 22 pm, and the weekly opening time is 1 12 hours. The students' periodical reading room, electronic reading room, audio-visual reference room, reading rooms 1, 2, 3 and 4 are open from 8 am to 22 pm, with a weekly opening time of 98 hours. In the past two years, the library has received an average of 6,000 readers every day and borrowed more than 4,000 books every day, with a high turnover rate and utilization rate. The daily click rate of electronic documents is 1500, and databases such as Chinese and foreign books and periodicals are in good use.
According to the requirements of the Evaluation Index System of Undergraduate Teaching Level in Colleges and Universities, and following the basic principles of "promoting reform by evaluation, promoting construction by evaluation, promoting management by evaluation, combining evaluation with construction, and focusing on construction", in recent years, school libraries have focused on the construction of literature resources, automation, networking and service for readers, focusing on teaching and scientific research services, constantly improving modern management level, improving service quality and paying attention to actual results. Comprehensively promote the development and improvement of books and literature services. In 2006, she was awarded the title of "Women's Civilization Demonstration Post" in the "Women's Meritorious Activities" organized by the city. In May 2006, the Higher Education Department of the Education Department of Jilin Province and the Library and Information Work Committee of Jilin Province made two special evaluations on the construction of literature resources and automation in our library, and achieved excellent results. In September 2006, our library was rated as "excellent library" at the sixth congress of Jilin Library Society.
In the future, we should further improve the management level, introduce advanced management methods, improve the use effect of the library, and constantly meet the growing needs of teachers and students in the school.
