(2) the subject. This is the core of the tender announcement. The contents, requirements and related matters of the tender must be explained in detail. Generally, the horizontal parallel structure is adopted, and the relevant requirements are explained item by item, and some need to be listed appropriately. ② Bidding scope. The qualification of the bidder and the documents to be submitted, such as: any unit holding the business license of the first-class and second-class construction and installation enterprise can sign up for bidding. The following documents should be submitted at the time of registration: a.
