South Gate and Qunxian Gate (commonly known as West Gate) of Xiamen University belong to the main entrance of Xiamen University. Among them, Da Nan near Nanputuo Temple.

The school gate is the main gate, including at least seven school gates.

The following is the distribution of Xiamen University:

1, South Gate: often called the south gate, it is actually the north gate of Xiamen University, opposite Nanputuo Temple;

2. Qunxian School Gate: commonly known as the West School Gate, located opposite Yanwu Road and Xiamen Daxi Village;

3. Waterfront Gate: Located at Baicheng Gate of Xiamen University towards the exhibition center;

4. East Gate: Haibin Gate continues eastward, diagonally opposite pearl bay Garden;

5. Baicheng School Gate: Located near Baicheng of Xiamen University;

6. Xishan Gate: near Shiwan Botanical Garden;

7. Shangxianchang school gate: near Daxue Road, for teachers and students to enter and leave.
