University tutor strike
I think there are both factors, and it's hard to say which one is dominant. Of course, there must be some other influencing factors, which are analyzed in detail below.

One: The tutor's difficulties further increase the pressure of study. With the increase of the number of graduate students applying for the exam every year, it is more difficult for graduate students to enroll. It's even harder to get into a better school. Therefore, in such a large application environment, many students are under great pressure to go against the wind on this postgraduate entrance examination road. Many students think that the pressure will be reduced after being admitted, but the actual situation is just the opposite. In the postgraduate study stage, they not only have to complete more arduous studies than the undergraduate stage. But also papers and research topics every other week or every other month, so under such great pressure, the difficulties of the tutor will definitely bring them a greater burden. When they can't stand it at all, they will end up committing suicide.

Two: not being submitted for trial means that you can't get a graduate diploma and have no face to see your parents. You should know that diplomas and graduate students are the beacon to guide them forward, the driving force of their efforts, the crystallization of their countless days and nights, and of course, everything to them. The tutor's non-submission behavior means that the students' efforts for so many years have come to naught, and most of them are the pride of their parents and the hope of their families. It is conceivable how big their hearts will be if they don't get the certificate.

Three: the psychological endurance is too weak to accept such a blow. There are two ways to go to graduate school now, one is to escape, and the other is to take the national unified examination. For the latter, we obviously don't have to worry about their psychological endurance. After all, they stood out from the crowd when they crossed the wooden bridge with thousands of troops. On the other hand, because of the school, the former successfully went to graduate school, and these candidates who have never seen big waves will be as vulnerable to this blow as flowers in the greenhouse, and finally make some outrageous moves that hurt themselves.

Four: The tutor's long-term mindless squeezing and exploitation has brought students close to the brink of collapse. There is a saying that where there is class, there is exploitation. Although the relationship between tutors and students in the research circle has nothing to do with the level of classes, there is indeed serious squeeze and exploitation here. For example, some tutors will completely treat students as their personal belongings, deprive them of all their private space and time, and then let them do coolies for themselves. If someone dares to resist, then the tutor will make you more than you can chew. Not only are scholarships and various subsidies gone, but even diplomas may be gone, and students can't resist it at all. Then, in the state of being exploited day after day, one day the students will fall into a state of collapse and finally die.
