I. Application conditions
1. People's Republic of China (PRC) citizen.
2. Support the leadership of the China * * * production party, have good moral character and abide by the law.
3. The physical health status meets the medical examination requirements stipulated by the state.
4. The academic level of candidates must meet one of the following conditions:
(1) Undergraduate graduates with nationally recognized academic qualifications (including undergraduate graduates of adult higher education organized by ordinary universities and adult colleges) and undergraduates who can graduate through self-study exams and online education. Candidates must obtain a nationally recognized undergraduate diploma before entering the school in that year (the day when freshmen report for duty), otherwise the admission qualification will be invalid.
(2) Persons with a nationally recognized undergraduate degree.
(3) Persons who have obtained the diploma of higher vocational colleges recognized by the state for more than two years (from graduation to the date of admission in the current year, the same below), and undergraduate graduates who have obtained the diploma recognized by the state, who meet all the following specific academic requirements, shall register for the examination as undergraduate graduates with the same academic qualifications:
Having studied more than six undergraduate courses related to the reported major, and submitting the learning certificate and transcripts issued by the further education school; The applied major is the same as or similar to the major studied; The score of CET-4 (English, Japanese, Russian) has reached 425 or above (not required for foreign language majors).
(4) Persons who have obtained a master's or doctoral degree.
5. Postgraduates must obtain the consent of the training unit before registering.
6. Meet the requirements for applying for majors in the Catalogue of Postgraduate Admissions in Northeast Normal University in 2020 (hereinafter referred to as the "Professional Catalogue").
Second, the special conditions of several types of professional degree graduates.
1. Those who sign up for the entrance examination for graduate students majoring in law (illegal) must meet the requirements in the first point of this chapter, and their major before entering the examination is non-law major (graduates majoring in law in the undergraduate professional catalogue of ordinary colleges and universities [code: 030 1], graduates majoring in law at the junior college level and graduates majoring in law in the form of self-taught examination are not allowed to enter the examination).
2. Those who sign up for the entrance examination for master of law (law) must meet the requirements in the first point of this brief, and the major they studied before entering the examination is law (only graduates of law major [code: 030 1] in the Catalogue of Undergraduate Majors in Ordinary Colleges and Universities, graduates of law major at junior college level and graduates of law major in the form of self-study examination can apply for the examination).
3. Applicants for MBA, MPA and Master of Education must meet all the requirements in point 1 of this chapter except points 4 and 5, and must meet one of the following conditions:
(1) Persons with more than 3 years' working experience after graduation from university.
(2) Persons who have obtained a diploma or bachelor's degree from a higher vocational college recognized by the state, meet the relevant academic requirements of the enrollment unit, reach the equivalent level of bachelor's degree and have more than 5 years of work experience.
(3) Persons who have worked for more than 2 years after obtaining master's or doctor's degrees.
3. Learning methods, years of study and expenses.
There are two ways of learning: full-time and part-time. Full-time graduate students must study full-time in school during the basic study period. In principle, part-time graduate students recruit on-the-job targeted employment personnel. During the period of basic study, while engaging in other occupations or social practices, take various ways and flexible time arrangements for part-time study, and the application category should be "directed employment" in principle.
When full-time and part-time graduate students graduate, according to the years of study and academic achievements, corresponding graduation certificates indicating learning methods are issued in accordance with relevant state regulations; If the academic level reaches the degree standard stipulated by the state and our school, you can apply for the award of the corresponding degree certificate.

Fourth, registration
Registration includes two stages: online registration and on-site confirmation.
1. Register online.
(1) Before registration, candidates should carefully understand and carefully check whether they meet the registration conditions in this brochure and whether they meet the registration conditions of the majors reported in the professional catalogue. If you do not meet the requirements of the application conditions and relevant policies, resulting in the subsequent failure to conduct on-site confirmation, examination, retest or admission, the consequences will be borne by the candidates themselves.
(2) Online registration time is from1October 20 19 to1October 10 from 9: 00 to 22: 00 every day. The online forecast time is from September 24th to September 27th at 20 19, from 9: 00 to 22: 00 every day.
(3) Candidates should log on to China Graduate Admissions Information Network (public website:, education website:, hereinafter referred to as "Yanzhao. com") according to the specified time, and register according to the online announcement requirements of the Ministry of Education, provincial education entrance examination institutions and registration points. During the registration period, candidates can modify the online registration information or fill in the registration information again, but one candidate can only keep one valid registration information. If no supplementary report is made within the time limit, the registration information shall not be modified.
(4) Candidates should accurately fill in the rewards and punishments they have received, especially in the national education examinations such as the entrance examination for ordinary and adult colleges and universities, the national postgraduate entrance examination, and the higher education self-study examination. Those who practise fraud will be dealt with severely by our school in accordance with the Measures for Handling Violations of National Education Examinations and the Interim Measures for Handling Violations of Enrollment in Colleges and Universities.
(5) During the registration period, check the information of candidates' academic qualifications (student status) online, and candidates can check their academic qualifications (student status) online. Candidates can also log on to the China Higher Education Student Information Network (hereinafter referred to as Xuexin.com, website:) to inquire about their academic qualifications (student status) before or during registration. Candidates who have not passed the online verification of academic qualifications (student status) must send the following materials to our school before 20 19 1 10, otherwise they will not take the exam.
Ordinary full-time undergraduate graduates provide the original "Online Verification Report of Student Status" downloaded by Xuexin.com;
Self-study examination and online education can provide the original proof of achievement issued by the administrative department of education;
Previous students and candidates with equivalent academic qualifications provide the original electronic registration form of academic qualifications downloaded from Xue Xin. Or a copy of China higher education certification report;
If you have obtained academic qualifications abroad, provide a copy of the foreign academic degree certificate issued by the study abroad service center of the Ministry of Education;
Candidates whose names or ID numbers are changed shall provide identification certificates issued by public security organs.

(6) The application categories are divided into "directed employment" and "non-directed employment". There are two kinds of graduate employment: directed employment and non-directed employment. Graduate students with directional employment are employed according to directional contracts; Non-directional graduate students choose employment in both directions by themselves and the employer. The category of candidates applying for the "High-level Talents Program for Ethnic Minorities" is oriented employment.
2. Site confirmation
(1) All candidates (excluding candidates who are recommended to be exempted from the test) should check and confirm their online registration information at the designated place of the registration point within the specified time, and will not be reissued after the deadline. The specific time and requirements shall be subject to the announcement in the online newspaper of the registration point.

Verb (abbreviation for verb) check
The national postgraduate entrance examination is divided into two stages: initial examination and second examination.
1. Initial test
(1) The initial examination time is 20 19, 12, 2 1 to 12, and the entrance examination time of the fourth subject is subject to the admission ticket.
(2) The location of the initial test shall be arranged by the registration point, and the fourth subject shall refer to the admission ticket when going to the school.

Other examination information and requirements are subject to the admission ticket. Candidates take the initial test and re-test with the downloaded and printed admission ticket and resident ID card.
2. Second interview
(1) The second interview takes the form of difference. According to the basic requirements for the national postgraduate entrance examination candidates to enter the re-examination announced by the Ministry of Education, combined with the situation of students and enrollment plans, the re-examination difference ratio and re-examination list are determined before the re-examination. Details such as the time, place, content and method of the second interview will be published on the websites of the admissions departments.
(2) Candidates with the same academic ability and some interdisciplinary subjects must try two additional undergraduate courses related to the majors they apply for. The additional test method is written test. Candidates with equivalent academic qualifications who apply for professional degrees in law (illegal studies), business administration (MBA) and public administration (MPA) may not take the exam. Whether or not to cross majors is decided by the admissions department.
(3) The ideological and political theory examinations of accounting, library and information science, business administration (MBA) and public administration (MPA) are conducted in the second interview, and the results are included in the total score of the second interview.
(4) Candidates who fail the re-examination will not be admitted.
3. For the examination subjects, please refer to the professional catalogue, and the majors with special requirements shall be indicated in the "Remarks" column.
Sixth, enrollment.
1. According to the relevant policies and regulations of the Ministry of Education on enrollment, all enrollment colleges and departments determine the list of candidates to be admitted according to their enrollment plans, re-examination admission methods, candidates' initial and re-examination results, ideological and political performance, physical and mental health status, etc. The proposed admission list will be published on the website of our graduate school.
2. The physical examination shall be organized after the candidates intend to be admitted, with reference to the Guiding Opinions on Physical Examination for Enrollment in Colleges and Universities (J.F. [2003] No.3) issued by the Ministry of Education, the former Ministry of Health and the China Disabled Persons' Federation, and implemented in accordance with the Notice of the General Office of the Ministry of Education and the General Office of the Ministry of Health on Issues Related to the Cancellation of Hepatitis B Test for Enrollment in Colleges and Universities (Church [2010] No.2).

Eight. residence
Accommodation in the campus where the training is located is 4 people. The accommodation fee standard is subject to the admission notice of the year.

1. In the admission stage, our school will make appropriate adjustments to the enrollment plan according to the enrollment plan officially issued by the Ministry of Education, combined with the situation of online students and the needs of school development.
2 national defense students and servicemen applying for master's degrees shall be handled in accordance with the provisions of the relevant military departments.
3. The plan for high-level backbone talents of ethnic minorities, the special plan for retired college students and soldiers, the separate examination and the enrollment measures for postgraduate students from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan shall be issued separately.
4. Our school does not hold pre-test remedial classes for specialized courses.
