The school is located in the south road of Hexi Hotel, which is the Institute of Technology, not in the university town, nor in the campus of Tianjin University of Technology. It's an independent courtyard, and the place is not big, but the diploma is from Polytechnic University. I graduated from Tianjin University of Technology, so I am familiar with it.
