Jinwu University of Technology is located in Kamei City, Gyeongsangbuk-do. Kamei City, the birthplace of President park chung-hee, has the largest inland industrial cluster in South Korea. Its main industries include semiconductors, mobile phones, liquid crystals, computers, televisions, refrigerators, monitors, IT and other cutting-edge industries. In 2005, the export volume reached US$ 30.529 billion.
