Qin Li joined the China * * * Production Party during his college years, and won many awards for his excellent academic performance. He was once rated as "excellent college students in Chongqing", "model of learning from Lei Feng in Sichuan Province" and "outstanding university graduates in Sichuan Province", and was the only college student representative of the 10th Youth League Congress in Chongqing. 1992 won the title of "Top Ten Young Students in Sichuan Province" during her master's degree.

Qin Li worked in Science Fiction World magazine for 1 1 year, and made outstanding contributions to making the series of science fiction world periodicals into national excellent periodicals and science fiction periodicals with world influence. In addition, she also presided over the establishment of the financial journal Shangshu Shang and the historical journal Heart, which made a useful exploration for the sustainable development of the magazine.

Qin Li also served as the director of the science fiction world book editing room, presided over the introduction of copyright, edited and published five volumes of Twentieth Century Science Fiction Masters Series and six volumes of China Original Science Fiction, which made exploratory efforts for the publication of science fiction books in the science fiction world. The five-volume Master Series appeared in World Science Fiction Convention in 2000, and was highly praised. Nowadays, "Science Fiction Masters Series" has become a famous fantasy literature brand in China publishing industry, with a good market appeal, and has become the main product in the publishing business of science fiction world magazines, publishing more than 30 varieties every year, creating sales income of several million yuan. It won "Best-seller of Social Sciences in 2003" and "13 Award for Excellent Science and Technology Books in Western China" in China.
