Because this is not a unified national examination, we really don't know what kind of abilities specific students have, so we need to establish Band 4 and Band 6, that is, divide the examination scope based on ability. After that, CET-4 and CET-6 will gradually disappear, and become an examination from Grade 1 to Grade 8, which is an examination of professional quality and ability. Every level can be upgraded to the next level. I think this model is very good, and we can also learn from the grading examination of mathematics and physics. Judging from the current situation, there is no CET-4 or CET-6 in college mathematics and physics in China, and each student's examination scope is only within his own school, which will bring great trouble to the recruiting unit, because the recruitment focuses on ability rather than academic qualifications. Although sometimes education is really a stepping stone, ability is also very important. Sometimes recruiters will be helpless to recruit talents with high academic qualifications but no ability, so we can formulate CET-4 and CET-6 exams to clarify the scope of students' ability.
So I think the fourth and sixth grades should be built, and the sooner they are implemented, the better. In fact, this policy is in line with the current situation of China Education University, and its advantages outweigh its disadvantages in all aspects. Therefore, it is necessary to quickly build the CET-4 and CET-6 graded examinations.
