How do college students abide by the law?
Being a contemporary college student should be a model of obeying the law;

First, improve legal awareness, strengthen the concept of the legal system, and know, understand, abide by and protect the law.

Second, strictly abide by all laws and disciplines, don't do anything that violates the law and discipline, and turn the content stipulated by the law into your own conscious action.

Change the law-abiding from "I want to do" to "I want to do".

Third, consciously abide by and maintain public order.

Fourth, resolutely fight against all violations of law and discipline.

? Morality is a special code of conduct, a criterion for adjusting the relationship between people, people and nature, and people and society, and a standard for evaluating the right and wrong of people's behavior. It is not implemented by coercive means, but maintained by people's inner beliefs and public opinion. Carrying out moral education among citizens plays an important role in improving the ideological consciousness of the general public, improving the neighborhood and family relations, forming noble sentiments, resisting the erosion of decadent ideas, maintaining social stability and promoting the coordinated development of the two civilizations. Legal system and morality are both related and different. Legal norms shall be formulated by the state legislature and other state organs with the right to legislate and enforced. Morality is formed by social habits, and sometimes there are "conventions" and "people's agreements", which are formulated by mass organizations, organs and units. They are bound to some extent, but they are not as authoritative and mandatory as laws.

? First of all, as contemporary college students, we receive a high-quality education. At the same time, gradually understand and contact the constraints of national laws and social rules and regulations. Therefore, contemporary universities have set up the course "Ideological and Moral Cultivation and Legal Basis" to let me know about the law, so that I can be familiar with the law in the future and consciously abide by the law. The basic course of law is one of the "two courses" in colleges and universities determined by the CPC Central Committee, and it is a compulsory course for college students.

? Learning the basic course of law is helpful for college students to understand the basic viewpoints of Marxist jurisprudence, master the basic spirit and content of China's Constitution and relevant laws, enhance their legal awareness and improve their legal quality. It is also helpful for cultivating college students to abide by the law, maintain social stability and harmony, correctly understand and adhere to the general plan of governing the country according to law, promote the construction of a socialist country ruled by law, improve and optimize their knowledge structure and cultural quality, make them "four haves" talents, and realize the all-round construction of a well-off society determined by the 16th National Congress of the Communist Party of China. Learning the basic course of law is the need to train college students to abide by the law and maintain social stability and harmony. Consciously observing the Constitution and laws and maintaining social stability are the basic obligations of every citizen and the minimum conditions for being a qualified college student. College students are the future of the motherland, so it is particularly important to strengthen legal awareness and legal concept, and improve the quality and consciousness of obeying the law and doing things according to law.
