According to the relevant public information, the Central Committee of Huazhong Normal University includes the Project Department, the External Liaison Department, the Plane Propaganda Department, the Network Propaganda Department and the Volunteer Service Department. Huazhong Normal University, referred to as Huazhong Normal University for short, is located in Wuhan, Hubei Province. Huazhong Normal University Young Volunteers Association, referred to as Hua Daqing Zhilian, is a school-wide student organization under the leadership of the CPC Central China Normal University Committee and the specific guidance of the Communist Youth League Central China Normal University Committee.
Huada Daqing Zhilian was born in 1994. It was named the Young Volunteers Association of Central China Normal University, which was one of the earliest volunteer service organizations in Wuhan.
In 20 13, it was renamed as the Young Volunteers Federation of Huazhong Normal University, which also marked the official end of the era of Huada Daqing Zhilian Association and became a school-wide student organization. At present, Daqing Zhilian has established college-level youth volunteer associations in 23 colleges of the school, which has become a functional organization to coordinate and guide various youth associations and caring societies in the school, and is responsible for the planning, guidance, management and supervision of school volunteer services. It is also an important position for students to learn knowledge and cultivate their abilities.

Huada Daqing Zhilian mainly consists of five departments: office, volunteer service project center, publicity center, volunteer development management center and mutual aid society. From internal construction and external publicity to the initiation of volunteer projects, volunteer management and volunteer activities, all departments cooperate with each other to form a complete and effective organizational operation model.
