The basic positioning of the platform is a government-sponsored, market-demand-oriented, demonstration-driven and industry-specific public service platform. Its ultimate goal is to build a model employment service platform with functions of two-way selection, online recruitment, teleconferencing, information consultation, guidance and training, assistance for vulnerable groups, policy release, experience exchange, research monitoring and auxiliary management.

Building a three-dimensional platform for the employment service of college graduates nationwide is another important measure to promote the employment of college graduates since the establishment of the "National Network Alliance for Employment of College Graduates" initiated by five ministries and commissions in 2006, and it is also an important measure to transform government functions and strengthen public services under the new situation. We believe that through cooperation and joint efforts with relevant departments and employment fronts, the platform will be built into a high-level, all-weather, multi-functional, wide-coverage and efficient employment service platform.
