Primitive green bamboo lily

Jiao Shan is located 3 kilometers north of Shanhaiguan, belonging to the Yanshan Remnant Vein. It is a mountain barrier in Guancheng, and it has been a battleground for military strategists since ancient times. The construction of the Great Wall highlights its strategic defense function. Jiao Shan is also called "the first mountain of the Great Wall in Wan Li" because it is the first mountain that the Great Wall of Ming Dynasty crossed from the east starting point-Laolongtou.
As a person who has lived in Qinhuangdao for decades, of course, he has climbed Jiao Shan and the Great Wall more than once, but the Great Wall of Jiao Shan has its infinite charm, attracting us to climb Jiao Shan again and again. Walking into the gate of the scenic spot, imitating the "mountain"-shaped gate designed by the Ming Dynasty castle, the dry gate at the foot of the mountain is the first thing that catches your eye. Hanmen Pass echoes the Watergate Pass in the south, guarding the Piedmont Avenue and representing the Great Wall from then on.
That day coincided with the activities of setting up a platform on the Great Wall. There are many bed boards, spotlights, stereos and other equipment piled under the wall, and the workers are carrying them on the Great Wall with their hands on their shoulders. It seems that the scale of the activity is quite large and the specifications are not low. As for specific activities, some people say to shoot TV, others say to hold a party. No matter what you do, as long as it is conducive to showing the scenery of the Great Wall, promoting the style of the Great Wall and spreading the Great Wall culture.
The highest peak in Jiao Shan is called Dapingding, with an altitude of 5 19 meters. Named after the flat and wide top of the mountain. There is a huge stone standing on it, just like a horned dragon, hence the name Jiao Shan. Jiao Shan section of the Great Wall, from Hanmenguan to Dapingding, * * * is about1.500m.. The city walls are built according to the mountain, or low and winding, or towering into the sky. Looking back from a height, the Great Wall hangs over the mountains like a huge gray broadband, which is spectacular. There is a poem that says, "since ancient times, the city has been closed, and natural hazards have to cross the Cape Mountain." It serves to show the risks of Jiao Shan.
The walls of the Great Wall are made of local materials, mainly rubble. Only blue bricks and strips can be seen in important paragraphs and terraces. Because the Cape Mountain is steep and the Great Wall is extremely steep, and the distance of each step is very long, even if I often climb the mountain, it is a great test of my physical strength and endurance to board the enemy platform at one breath. My hands and feet are used in many places. No wonder tourists are panting, the old man has to walk a few steps to rest, and the child just shouts and can't climb.
Jiao Shan Great Wall is the dividing line between Liaodong Town and Jiyun Town in Ming Dynasty. * * *, there are five watchtowers, most of which have been damaged. Only this one is still tall and straight because of continuous repair. The enemy's platform is built on a cliff, and there is only one vertical iron ladder to go up. The iron ladder is equipped with guardrails and can only accommodate one person at a time. Because it is vertical, many people are afraid and turn to the mountain road outside the city wall to bypass the mountain. I belong to the group of "I am not a hero who can't reach the Great Wall" and still choose to cross the enemy station.
Waiting for the gap to climb the ladder, standing on a platform protruding from the cliff, looking down, the Great Wall swooped down like a Youlong; Looking up, the city wall is swaying along the ridge, and the dragon sees the head and disappears the tail; Within the city wall, a beacon tower stands proudly at the top of the mountain, which reminds people of Jinge iron horse and bonfire smoke. Outside the city wall, Shan Ye in winter can be seen in an unobstructed view, showing the vicissitudes and grandeur of the Great Wall. Under the clear sky, the field of vision is particularly broad. Looking south, not only the whole Shanhaiguan city can be seen, but also the sea in the distance can be clearly seen, which perfectly blends the mountain and sea customs. After careful observation, I also found that the outer wall of Jiao Shan Great Wall is generally very high (about 6 to 10 meter), which is very steep and difficult to climb, while the inner wall is low and easy to climb, so it should be specially designed and built, which is easy to defend and difficult to attack.
Finally, I climbed over the enemy's platform along the vertical iron ladder, and encouraged a pair of brothers and sisters to overcome their fears and overcome themselves with everyone's help. The other two couples who are older than us were also inspired by us and successfully climbed to the top with the encouragement of their daughters. In fact, the most sad thing for people is often their own level. Once they pass this level, they can not only strengthen their confidence and increase their courage, but also gain a full sense of accomplishment. Just like the little brother and sister, they continued to climb up excitedly for a long time, and their father stopped them again and again. The old couple are also in high spirits. They walked with us all the way and climbed two watchtowers successively. While chatting with her family, their daughter was surprised by her parents' performance, saying that she never thought her parents would go so far and climb so high.
There is no road from the enemy station to the Great Wall in Jiao Shan, only a path along the base of the Great Wall, which is full of rubble and difficult to walk. Tourists usually stop here, and we used to walk a few hundred meters at most before turning back. This time, I climbed to Dapingding with great enthusiasm, and it was really infinite scenery in the dangerous peak. In winter, there is little shade from trees, which is a rare sunny day. Changshou Mountain, which seems out of reach, is just around the corner.
On the other side of the endless canyon, axe-like rocks stand thousands of miles; Lake Yansai, separated by a mountain, is divided into large and small waters by mountains and peaks. Clear water sparkling in the sun, like countless emeralds embedded in Yamanoue; Hidden among the pines and cypresses, Qixian Temple has simple and elegant architecture with upturned cornices. Xiao Xian, a famous calligrapher of the Ming Dynasty who wrote the plaque "The First Pass in the World", once lived here, studying hard at the cold window and studying hard.
There is a bell, and tourists from Qixian Temple are ringing it. The bell is melodious and distant, which makes people feel relaxed and happy. Just a few times, people feel calm and have no troubles. So I reveled in the lingering sound, listened quietly and immersed myself in it for a long time. ...
Jiaoshan is a scenic spot that combines humanities and nature, history and modern elements perfectly, and integrates mountains, cities, temples and the sea. Back in Cape Mountain, I not only experienced the unique beauty of the Great Wall under clear skies in winter, but also walked more roads, climbed higher peaks and gained more insights. One word: "value"!
