The art community transformed from the old factory building of Xi 'an Youshi University is called Shanhui Art Community, which is located in the living area of Xi 'an Electronic Road North Youshi University. There is a gray cement building, about 5 stories high. There is not much transformation inside and outside the building, and the original color of cement is retained. Only handrails are placed at the stairs to ensure the safety of tourists. The glass with a roof and the luxurious height of the old factory building exude the historical story of the building itself. According to the exhibition staff, this was originally a boiler room used by the University of Petroleum and the living quarters, and it was in a semi-abandoned state. After the transformation of art projects, it has now become the hottest punching place for hipsters in the southern suburbs of Xi' an.
