Application process

1. Application:

(1) The living allowance for full-time undergraduate graduates in colleges and universities uses the existing living allowance declaration system for newly introduced talents in our city, and graduates apply to the employer.

(2) The employer shall review the relevant conditions such as personal education, age, registered permanent residence, personnel relationship, social security payment time, application time limit, etc., and submit them online through the online service hall of the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau (the online office of the unit). The reporting unit does not need to submit paper materials when reporting through the network system.

(3) Specific operation process:

The unit applying for the first time needs to fill in the "Basic Information of the Unit" and upload the bank tax payment voucher of enterprise income tax, value-added tax or stamp duty collected from the state treasury, and then submit it for review. If there is no change after approval, the new declaration does not need to be filled in again.

Fill in the information of the declared talents, print the Declaration Form of Living Allowance for Newly Introduced Talents online, and upload it to the system with the official seal. Click Report when you are finished.

2. Acceptance: The Municipal People's Social Security Bureau, the Education Bureau, the District People's Social Security Bureau and the Park Management Committee accept the application.

3. Review: Each accepting department reviews the application for living allowance every quarter.

4. Publicity: All accepting departments publicize qualified personnel.

5. Distribution: If there is no objection after publicity, the accepting department will distribute the living allowance.
