Tian Yingzhang, born in Tianjin, 1950, is a postgraduate in calligraphy. Graduated from Capital Normal University and Tokyo University of the Arts. calligrapher

Successive posts: the State Council appointed writer, director of China Painting and Calligraphy Talent Training Center of Ministry of Personnel, executive director of Painting and Calligraphy Talent Qualification Examination Committee, president of China Modern Hard Pen Calligraphy Research Association, member of China Calligraphers Association, president of Ou Yangxun Calligraphy Art Research Association, secretary-general of Wang Xizhi's Forest of Monuments Preparatory Committee, honorary president of China Painting and Calligraphy Research Institute, professor of Art and Calligraphy Institute, consultant of Japan Calligraphy Art Association, and vice chairman of Japan International Calligraphy and Painting Artists Union. He is currently the vice president of China Talent magazine of the Ministry of Personnel, the director of China Painting and Calligraphy Talent Training Center of the Ministry of Personnel, and a lifelong calligrapher of China International Painting and Calligraphy Art Research Institute.
