1, teacher:

The school has 211staff, including 1564 full-time teachers, 2 15 full-time teachers and 647 doctoral teachers. Two people were selected for the National Million Talents Project, three national model teachers, 42 provincial outstanding experts, provincial academic and technical leaders, provincial famous teachers, model teachers and excellent teachers. 2. Teaching construction

As of April 20 18, there are 64 full-time undergraduate majors, including 9 national and provincial excellent plan construction majors, 5 national and provincial comprehensive reform pilot majors, and 7 national and provincial professional construction points.

There are 14 provincial key disciplines, 3 first-level disciplines authorized by doctoral degrees, 19 first-level disciplines authorized by doctoral degrees in two disciplines, 19 first-level disciplines authorized by master's degrees, 17 professional master's degree authorized categories and 17 master's degree authorized points.

3. Discipline construction

By the end of 20 18, the school had four provincial key disciplines, three first-class disciplines authorized by doctoral degree, nine first-class disciplines authorized by two disciplines doctoral degree, nine first-class disciplines authorized by master degree, seven professional master degree authorized categories, and master degree authorized points.

The school is the first batch of universities in the State Council with the right to award master's degrees, the first batch of universities in China with the right to award doctor's degrees, the first batch of universities that recommend and accept the qualification of fresh graduates to study for master's degrees without taking the test, and universities with the same academic ability and professional master's degree-granting qualifications.

Since 1986, the school has successively trained doctoral students with more than 20 institutions of higher learning and research institutes such as Institute of Geology, Chinese Academy of Sciences, farmland irrigation research institute, Tsinghua University and Tongji University. In 20 13, it passed the acceptance of doctoral program and became a unit with the right to confer doctoral degrees.
