One: Language achievement

International students applying for USC must achieve the language scores required by the school. The University of Southern California requires applicants to have a TOEFL IBT score of at least 100. If international students also take the SAT, it's ok if their SAT reading scores reach 600 or above.

Generally, local students in American universities need to submit SAT or ACT scores (American College Entrance Examination), and some schools also require international students to submit these scores to increase their competitiveness.
