Internal teachers refer to teachers who are funded by the state and employed according to the number of teachers stipulated by the state, while external teachers refer to teachers who are recruited by schools and pay their own salaries. In China University of Mining and Technology, lecturers are internal teachers, and their employment and management are implemented in accordance with the relevant regulations of the state and the school.
