Of course. The average IELTS score is 80+ GMAT6 10. There are eight universities in Hong Kong that can apply, namely University of Hong Kong, Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, Chinese University of Hong Kong, Hong Kong Polytechnic University, City University of Hong Kong, Hong Kong University of Education and Hong Kong Baptist University.
