East China University of Science and Technology, formerly known as East China Institute of Chemical Technology, can be traced back to Nanyang College and Aurora College more than 100 years ago. The school consists of Xuhui Campus, Fengxian Campus and Jinshan Science and Technology Park, covering an area of 2,535 mu, with a total construction area of 9 1 1,000 square meters and a number of standard sports facilities. The library has a collection of 3.093 million volumes and subscribed to more than 43,000 Chinese and foreign periodicals. It has 84 large Chinese and foreign literature databases and network mirror databases such as CA and EI.
