It ranks among the national "double first-class", "985 Project" and "2 1 1 project". Its predecessor was established in 1924. As of February 2022, it covers an area of 52,000. At present, there are five postdoctoral mobile stations 15, one-level discipline authorized by doctor's degree 18, three disciplines authorized by doctor's professional degree, 35 disciplines authorized by master's degree, 25 disciplines authorized by master's professional degree and 4,025 faculty members, including 2,096 full-time teachers. There are more than 34,000 students, including undergraduate students 1.66 million, graduate students 1.39 million, 3,000 doctoral students and 480 foreign students.
