Fan Jiang, born in 1985, graduated from computer science department of Fudan University, the founder of Youmeng, and a member of the "Five New Executive Committee" of Alibaba.

In 20 13, Alibaba bought Youmeng for $80 million, and Fan Jiang joined Alibaba. Starting from 20 14, Fan Jiang began to promote the function research and development of mobile phone Taobao App, led the team to build a Taobao content system, and realized and built a "consumer media platform" integrating goods, trading, sharing, interaction, video and live broadcast.

On April 27th, 2020, Alibaba Group announced the investigation and handling results of the Fan Jiang incident. The management proposed and was approved by the Partners Committee to cancel Ali's partner status from now on.
