1. Education requirements
Most college counselors have at least a master's degree. Famous universities such as 985 or 2 1 1 may require college counselors to have doctoral degrees. In fact, there are not many graduate students and doctoral students in China, although the number of these two types of students has also expanded in recent years.
However, according to relevant statistics, there is at most one graduate student in every 200 people and one doctoral student in every 80,000 people. Therefore, to become a college counselor, we must first meet the requirements of academic qualifications. Only those with a master's degree or above are eligible to apply for the exam.
2. Pass the written test and interview
Most public colleges and universities will prepare counselor institutions, so according to the principle that all college counselors must pass the written test and interview first. Most of the written test content is set by colleges and universities. Generally speaking, it mainly involves current politics, reasoning and writing.
After passing the written test, all job seekers with excellent performance will be informed of the interview. During the interview, the interviewer will also ask some personal questions about the counselor. After all, most graduate students are old enough to try marriage. As universities, they don't really want job seekers to get married and have children as soon as they join the job, because this is for the school.
