The student status file will be sent to the school student status management department for preservation.

If you drop out of school directly, most of your student status files will be kept in the Student Affairs Office or the Academic Affairs Office.

If you have gone through the formalities of dropping out of the national education department through the school, your student status file may be sent to the corresponding student status file inventory file of the education department.

If it is later transferred to other universities, the student status file may be transferred to the newly enrolled school for safekeeping and management.
