Article 2 skull defects, fractures, depressions, intracranial foreign bodies caused by trauma, sequelae of craniocerebral trauma, brain deformities, and unqualified brain surgery history.
Article 3 Torticollis, third-degree simple goiter and tuberculous lymphadenitis with stiff neck that cannot be corrected by itself are unqualified.
Article 4 Diseases or injuries of bones, joints, synovial bursas and tendon sheaths and their sequelae, joint deformity, habitual dislocation, chronic diseases of spine and chronic lumbago and leg pain are unqualified.
The following conditions are qualified:
(a) mild thoracic deformity (except divers); Mild scoliosis and hunchback that can be corrected by themselves.
(2) Simple fracture, cured for one year, good reduction, no dysfunction and sequelae.
(3) Kaschin-Beck disease only refers to the thick (toe) joints, which are asymptomatic and have no dysfunction, and are qualified ground personnel.
Article 5 If the unequal length of both lower limbs exceeds 2 cm, the distance from the medial condyle of genu varum femur to the medial malleolus of genu valgus tibia exceeds 7 cm (more than 4 cm for airborne soldiers), or the gait abnormality is within the above-mentioned specified range, it is unqualified.
Article 6 The flat foot that affects the function of fingers (toes) is incomplete and deformed, and the plantar arch disappears completely, which affects the corns, calluses and severe chapped diseases of long-distance walking. Students in the school register directly in the school's armed forces department, so that the school will keep your student status for you, and you can also enjoy the preferential treatment of tuition reduction after dropping out of school.
Seventh malignant tumors, benign tumors, cysts, scars and scars that affect the face or function are unqualified.
Article 8 Vasculitis, aneurysm, severe varicose veins of lower limbs and varicocele are unqualified.
Article 9 The internal hemorrhoid and external hemorrhoid with a history of thoracoabdominal surgery, hernia, prolapse of anus, anal laxity, chronic anal fissure, circular hemorrhoid, mixed hemorrhoid (more than 0.5 cm in diameter or more than two places), and frequent inflammation and bleeding are unqualified.
Appendicitis surgery for more than half a year, inguinal hernia and femoral hernia surgery for more than one year without sequelae, all kinds of personnel qualified.
Tenth inflammation, tuberculosis, stones and other diseases or injuries of the genitourinary system and their sequelae, abnormal or underdeveloped reproductive organs that affect their functions, cryptorchidism and other unqualified.
The following conditions are qualified:
(1) Mild noncommunicative hydrocele of spermatic cord, no conscious symptoms (no more than the contralateral testis), hydrocele of testis (including testis not more than twice the inside of contralateral testis).
(2) Communicative hydrocele, with no recurrence or sequelae for more than one year after surgical cure.
(3) Nodules of spermatic cord and epididymis (no more than two, less than 0.5 cm in diameter) without tenderness or conscious symptoms.
Eleventh bromhidrosis, tinea capitis, systemic tinea, scabies, chronic eczema, chronic measles, neurodermatitis, vitiligo, psoriasis, close contact with infectious leprosy patients (living together) and other infectious or incurable skin diseases, vascular nevus and pigmented nevus affecting the face are unqualified.
The following conditions are qualified:
(1) Mild bromhidrosis (except submarine, surface ship personnel, divers and tank crew).
(two) localized neurodermatitis (less than 3 cm in diameter), isolated vitiligo (wearing summer clothes
Non-exposed parts), tinea versicolor, tinea cruris, mild tinea of hands and feet, tinea of fingers (toes) and chilblain.
Twelfth gonorrhea, syphilis, chancre, venereal lymphogranuloma, nongonococcal urethritis, condyloma acuminatum, AIDS and virus carriers are unqualified.
Internal medicine:
Thirteenth blood pressure beyond the following range, unqualified.
Systolic blood pressure:12.00-18.66kpa (96-140mmhg);
Diastolic pressure: 8.0- 1 1.46 kPa (60-86 mm Hg).
Fourteenth organic heart and vascular diseases, unqualified.
The following conditions are qualified:
(1) prone position auscultation. It is really physiologically qualified to change the position and repeatedly auscultate the systolic murmur.
(two) occasional premature beats, no more than three times per minute, no heart disease.
(3) The heart rate is between 56 ~ 1 10 beats per minute.
Divers, airborne troops and recruits who have been recruited into the plateau area are strictly controlled.
Fifteenth chronic bronchitis, bronchial asthma, tuberculosis, tuberculous pleurisy and other chronic respiratory diseases are unqualified.
The following conditions are qualified:
(a) isolated scattered calcification, the number is less than 3, the diameter is not more than 0.5 cm, the density is high, the edge is clear, and there is no infiltration around.
(2) The lung texture enhancement does not exceed the intermediate zone, and the number is small, slender, evenly distributed and without distortion.
Article 16 Diseases of stomach, duodenum, liver, gallbladder, spleen and pancreas, bacillary dysentery, chronic enteritis, visceral prolapse and abdominal mass are unqualified.
The following conditions are qualified:
(1) supine position, breathing calmly, the liver measured under the costal margin of the middle line of the right clavicle is not more than 65438±0.5cm (not more than 3cm under the xiphoid process), with soft quality, thin and smooth margin, no tenderness or percussion pain, normal upper boundary of the liver, no anemia and good nutritional status.
(2) Patients who suffered from viral hepatitis A five years ago, have not relapsed after being cured, and have no symptoms or signs.
(3) The splenomegaly caused by malaria, schistosomiasis, leishmaniasis, etc. in the past was no more than 65438±0cm under the left costal margin, with no symptoms, anemia and good nutritional status.
(4) Liver and spleen touch at the same time, which meets the above items (1) and (3), and the ground crew and airborne soldiers are qualified.
Seventeenth liver function and hepatitis B surface antigen examination, one of the following circumstances is unqualified. 1: The requirements for eyesight in conscription physical examination are that the eyesight of ordinary soldiers is not less than 4.9 in the right eye and 4.8 in the left eye;
2. College students require binocular naked vision, with the right eye above 4.8 and the left eye above 4.6;
3. For students admitted to military schools, the naked eye farsightedness is above 4.6(0.4), the corrected vision is above 4.9(0.8), and the diopter is below 6.00DS equivalent spherical lens. Students majoring in command, submarine, surface ship, tank, surveying and mapping and radar are qualified. The naked eye farsightedness is above 4.5(0.3), the corrected vision is above 4.9(0.8), and the diopter is below 6.00DS. Students in other majors except the above-mentioned majors are qualified.
