Southwestern University of Finance and Economics, referred to as Southwestern University of Finance and Economics for short, is a national key university directly under the Ministry of Education, one of the first "2 1 1 Engineering" universities in China, and a key university under the "985 Engineering Advantage Discipline Innovation Platform". Southwestern University of Finance and Economics has a far-reaching influence in the financial industry and has obvious advantages in financial disciplines. Southwestern University of Finance and Economics was formerly Guanghua University founded by 1925 in Shanghai. 1985 officially changed its name to Southwestern University of Finance and Economics, and in 2000 it was placed under the Ministry of Education by the People's Bank of China. The school consists of Guanghua Campus and Liulin Campus, of which Guanghua Campus is located in Guanghua Village, Qingyang District, Chengdu, and Liulin Campus is located in Wenjiang District, Chengdu.
