1. The College of Modern Humanities of Shanxi Normal University, located at No.85 Jiefang East Road, Yaodu District, Linfen City, Shanxi Province, is a full-time undergraduate normal class of independent colleges organized by Shanxi Normal University with new mechanism and new mode, approved by the Shanxi Provincial People's Government and filed by the Ministry of Education.

2. Yuncheng Preschool Teachers College is located in Yuncheng City, Shanxi Province. It was established with the approval of the Ministry of Education in 2007, aiming at training preschool teachers.

3. Jinzhong Teachers College, located in Jinzhong City, Shanxi Province. Taigu Normal School, founded by 1949, and Taihang Normal School, founded by 1985, are merged into a new general normal college for basic education.

4. Yangquan Teachers College, located in Yangquan City, Shanxi Province. It is a full-time college approved by the Ministry of Education on March 20 10.

5. Shuozhou Teachers College, located in Shuozhou City, Shanxi Province, is based on the establishment of Shuozhou Teachers College of Datong University in Shanxi Province. It was approved by the Shanxi Provincial People's Government on 20 12 and put on record by the Ministry of Education in May of 20 13. The original establishment was revoked and it was renamed as a full-time general college.
