The First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University (the First Clinical Medical College of Xinjiang Medical University and the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University), located in Urumqi, is a comprehensive third-class first-class hospital.
The Second Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University was built in 1954. It is a provincial comprehensive third-class first-class hospital integrating medical treatment, teaching, scientific research, rehabilitation and preventive health care.
The Cancer Hospital affiliated to Xinjiang Medical University was established in1989; 1993, the editorial board of the autonomous region approved the hospital to add the brand of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region Institute of Cancer Prevention and Treatment at the same time, and the hospital was integrated.
Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine was established in July 1959. 1April, 986, the hospital became the affiliated hospital of Xinjiang College of Traditional Chinese Medicine; 1September, 1998, the hospital became a Chinese medicine hospital affiliated to Xinjiang Medical University.
