Dormitory (apartment) management education is an important part of students' life and study at school. In order to create a civilized, healthy and positive dormitory (apartment) atmosphere and better serve students.

In order to make the management of student dormitories (apartments) embark on a standardized, healthy and civilized track, these Interim Measures are formulated.

I. Check-in object, arrangement, management and service

1. Registration target: full-time undergraduate and graduate students enrolled in the plan.

2. Arrangement: The Academic Affairs Office and graduate department provide the number of freshmen in each college (the ratio of male to female students), and the Infrastructure Logistics Office divides the colleges according to the dormitory distribution. The college specially arranges students' beds and informs the dormitory management department of each student's bed in detail.

3. Management and service: The dormitory management department of Logistics Group is responsible for management and service.

1), responsible for the adjustment of dormitories (apartments) for fresh graduates after graduation, making all the preparations before freshmen move in according to the enrollment situation of the school, and providing areas and beds for freshmen to move in.

2), responsible for the dormitory (apartment) public * * * area of health, facilities and equipment management and maintenance.

3) Be responsible for the skills training and civilized service education of building management personnel, and firmly establish the purpose of serving students.

4) Establish an evaluation mechanism for civilized dormitories (apartments) together with counselors, and realize the sanitary inspection and publication system for dormitories (apartments).

4. Counselors should strengthen the guidance for students to stay in dormitories (apartments), educate students to consciously abide by the management regulations of dormitories (apartments), take good care of public facilities and state property, and actively create a civilized, healthy and progressive atmosphere of dormitories (apartments).

5. Campus card and electricity fee for full-time students:

1), the cost of the first campus card (Songjiang Campus "One Card, Bath Card"), if it is damaged or lost, 16 yuan will be charged.

2) The school subsidizes 5 kWh per person per month, and the extra kWh shall be borne by itself.

Second, full-time students sign in and out of the dormitory. From the perspective of students' safety and strict accommodation system, students' check-in or check-out in the middle of the school year is strictly controlled, and no check-in or check-out procedures are handled.

For special reasons, I submit a written application, which is signed by the counselor (tutor) and the Student Affairs Office (graduate department) and submitted to the Infrastructure Logistics Office for approval.

1. Midway check-in charging method: according to the current student dormitory charging standard, those who have been over half a year but less than one year are calculated in full according to the academic year; Less than half a year is calculated by half of the full amount of the academic year.

2. Refund method for check-out after approval by relevant departments: According to the current student dormitory charging standard, those who stay for more than nine months will not be refunded.

For three months, the accommodation fee below the first half of the year will be refunded by half of the whole school year. If you stay less than three months, you will be refunded a quarter of the full amount of the school year.

Three. Accommodation and approval procedures for non-academic students. On the premise of satisfying full-time undergraduates and postgraduates, extra dormitories (apartments) support non-academic education and solve the accommodation of some non-academic students.

1, spare dormitories (apartments) are mainly MBA and adult college students, followed by Lhasa students, and finally class students.

2. The competent department shall provide the annual accommodation plan, fill in the "Accommodation Application Form" (downloaded from the homepage management section of the Infrastructure Logistics Office), report it to the Infrastructure Logistics Office for approval, and then the dormitory management department shall arrange specific dormitories.

3. Non-academic education students charge the campus card fee 16 yuan (boarding fee), and the electricity fee is treated as full-time students.
