General situation of Central South University of Forestry and Technology;

Central South University of Forestry and Technology is located in Changsha City, Hunan Province. It is a "double first-class" construction project of provincial universities, provincial key universities and Hunan Province established by the State Forestry and Grassland Bureau and the Hunan Provincial People's Government. The school has successively been selected into the national "Basic Capacity Building Project of Central and Western Universities", the education and training plan of outstanding agricultural and forestry talents, the national "Key Discipline Project with Characteristics", the national public postgraduate plan for building high-level universities, and the Hunan 201/plan.

The school has a graduate school and 24 teaching units, and there are 80 undergraduate majors, including 12 national first-class undergraduate majors, 4 national specialty majors and 24 provincial first-class undergraduate majors.
