Chapter I General Provisions
Article 1 The Articles of Association are formulated in accordance with the Education Law of the People's Republic of China, the Higher Education Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) and the spirit of relevant documents of the Ministry of Education in order to thoroughly implement the requirements of "running the school according to law" and further standardize the enrollment of full-time undergraduates.

Article 3 The school is a national key university directly under the Ministry of Education under the national "2 1 1 Project" construction. It has the right to award bachelor's degree, master's degree and doctor's degree, and has a postdoctoral research mobile station. The school was founded in 1898, with a campus area of 7425 mu. There are 8 national key disciplines, 1 national key training disciplines, 2 national talent training bases, 2 national key laboratories, 1 national and local joint engineering laboratories, 4 R&D centers, 54 undergraduate majors, and 19 master's degrees are awarded to first-class disciplines. Article 4 The types of school enrollment include ordinary undergraduates, walk-in students, self-taught students, art students, high-level athletes, inland Tibetan classes, inland Xinjiang classes, ethnic minority preparatory classes, and special enrollment plans for poverty-stricken areas.
Article 5 The principles of fair competition, fair selection, openness and transparency shall be followed in the enrollment work of schools, and comprehensive assessment, comprehensive evaluation and merit-based admission shall be conducted.
Chapter II Organizational Structure and Its Duties
Article 6 A school shall set up an enrollment leading group composed of school leaders and heads of relevant functional departments, with an enrollment office and an enrollment supervision office under it.
Article 7 The leading group for enrollment work is the leading and decision-making body for enrollment work in schools. The Admissions Office is the permanent institution of the school's enrollment work, which is specifically responsible for the school's enrollment work. The enrollment supervision office shall supervise and inspect the enrollment work.
Chapter III Planning and Access
Article 8 A school shall, according to the actual situation of running a school and the principle of optimizing the structure of students and promoting regional balance, make overall consideration of the number of ordinary high school graduates in each province, the proportion of candidates in each province in the total number of national registrations, the quality of students, the distribution of directly affiliated institutions of higher learning and the coordinated development of regions, and formulate a scientific and reasonable student enrollment plan.
Ninth schools in accordance with the requirements of "the school is responsible for enrollment and supervision".
Tenth schools belong to the first batch of admission institutions, and some majors and enrollment types are admitted in advance according to relevant regulations.
Article 11 Access Rules
(1) The minimum control line for school admission is the first batch of undergraduate admission control scores designated by provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government). In principle, the school only accepts candidates who fill in our school's volunteers, giving priority to the first volunteer candidates.
(two) the school does not enable the provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government) to add or subtract points from agricultural colleges, and recognizes other bonus policies.
(3) The school selects the best candidates according to their scores from high to low. The professional arrangement of candidates who enter the archives shall be determined according to the principle of combining volunteers, archives scores and related single subject scores.
(4) There is no grade difference in schools, and the enrollment ratio of boys and girls is not limited.
(5) English and Business English majors are limited to English language candidates, and other majors are not limited to foreign language candidates, but the school only arranges English-based foreign language teaching.
(6) The candidates of arts and sciences apply for our school for the first time. If the total score of the college entrance examination reaches 50 points or above in the first batch of undergraduate admission control scores in Shengyuan Province, it can meet the candidates' first professional volunteers; The total score of college entrance examination culture reaches 40 points or above in the first batch of undergraduate admission control scores in Shengyuan Province, and the first and second professional volunteers are not equal to basic majors, which can meet the candidates' first or second professional volunteers.
(7) Jiangsu candidates are sorted according to the rule of "score first, then grade", while Inner Mongolia candidates are admitted according to the rule of "professional voluntary sorting".

Chapter IV Admission and Fees for Freshmen
Twelfth freshmen should hold the school admission notice and other relevant documents, and go through the registration formalities on time. Those who can't report on time should submit a written application to the school admissions office. After approval, they can postpone their registration for no more than two weeks, otherwise they will be deemed to have given up their admission qualification.
Thirteenth new students after registration, the school according to the relevant provisions of the Ministry of Education for qualification examination and physical examination, fraud and do not meet the conditions will be disqualified or student status.
Fourteenth tuition fees, accommodation fees and other charges strictly implement the standards approved by the Hubei Provincial Price Bureau.
Chapter V Incentives and Funding Measures

Sixteenth schools set up a special prize for principals to reward outstanding students who give priority to applying for our school. Seventeenth schools should establish a "six-in-one, linked to help" incentive and security mechanism, such as scholarships, national student loans, state grants, subsidies for difficulties, work-study programs, tuition fee reduction and exemption. Reward students with excellent academic performance and help students from poor families complete their studies.
(1) Scholarships: National Scholarships, National Inspirational Scholarships, Scholarships for Excellent Students, Scholarships for Self-improvement for Poor Students, Scholarships for Alumni, Scholarships for Famous Experts, Scholarships for Industrial Enterprises, etc. (the amount is 8000 yuan/birth year).
(II) National student loans: The channels of national student loans are smooth, and all students with financial difficulties and excellent academic performance can apply for national student loans from China Bank to pay tuition and accommodation fees during their stay at school.
(3) State grants: The school receives special state grants every year, and sets up state grants to help students with special financial difficulties.
(4) Difficulties: including temporary difficulties, warm clothes, meals, hospitalization of students, travel expenses, and concentrated poverty.
(5) Work-study program: The school has established a number of work-study program bases and established a number of fixed work-study program posts to provide opportunities for students with financial difficulties. Every employed student can get a monthly salary of 150-600 yuan.
(6) Tuition fee waiver: The school waives tuition fees for students with particularly difficult family finances and excellent academic performance every year as appropriate.
