In recent years, we have focused on high-risk pregnancy and infertility, especially the treatment of ABO and RH blood group incompatibility between mother and baby and hemolysis of newborn. On the basis of traditional exchange transfusion therapy, we developed a new exchange transfusion technique, which simplified the steps of exchange transfusion, expanded the scope of exchange transfusion therapy and corrected anemia, and achieved good results. It pioneered the treatment of this disease in our province, filled the gap in the province and reached the domestic advanced level. The research won the second prize of scientific research achievements of the Provincial Science and Technology Commission and the Provincial Education Commission respectively. On this basis, plasma exchange during pregnancy with Rh maternal-fetal blood group incompatibility was discussed, and preliminary results were obtained. In addition, he has rich experience in infertility treatment, especially in blind fallopian tube recanalization and laparoscopic minimally invasive surgery, which brings good news to infertility patients. The method is simple, easy to operate, less painful for patients and good in effect. He also invented the blind tubal insertion instrument and obtained the national patent.
