What kind of structure is used for thread removal of Japanese plastic precision mould?
In Japan, the thread removal mechanism of plastic precision mould mainly has the following structures:

1. Thread structure: This structure is usually used to demould smaller and deeper threads. The twisted tooth structure consists of a set of intertwined rods and nuts. By rotating one of the rods, the nut on the other rod is driven to move, and demoulding is realized.

2. Indentation structure: This structure is usually used to demould larger and shallower threads. The contraction structure consists of a group of cylinders and cones that cooperate with each other. By rotating one of the cylinders, the other cylinder is driven to move inward to realize demoulding.

3. Motor-driven structure: This structure is usually used for demoulding medium threads. The motor drive structure consists of a small motor and a reduction mechanism, and the motor transmits the rotating power to the thread through the reduction mechanism, so as to pull out the product.

4. Cylinder drive structure: This structure is usually used to demould larger and deeper threads. The driving structure of the oil cylinder is composed of the oil cylinder and the piston, and the hydraulic oil in the oil cylinder pushes the piston to move back and forth, thus driving the mold to open and close and realizing demoulding.
