There are two kinds of drug synthesis for postgraduate entrance examination in Peking University.
1, that is, 763 drug synthesis (education),
(1) Organic Chemistry: Basic Organic Chemistry (Xing) and its answers after class.
Organic accounted for 50 points in 763 comprehensive medicine. Feng, Editor-in-Chief of Examples and Exercises of Organic Chemistry and Level Test. The review guide and exercise selection of organic chemistry edited by Jin Rong, a southern medical scientist, has few topics and many essences. Fanhong Wu's entrance examination for organic chemistry refers to Tenshindon, Blue Book, but I personally think this book is too simple. I heard that the red one is not bad. If you have spare capacity, you can also take a look at advanced organic chemistry or drug synthesis reactions, so that you can integrate various knowledge points vertically and horizontally.
(2) Inorganic Chemistry: Chemical Principles and Inorganic Chemistry (Wang Kui, Peking University Medical Press)
763 drug synthesis inorganic accounted for 50 points, including 30 points for fill-in-the-blank questions and 20 points for short answer questions. This course is the one with the biggest gap between the content of the exam and the textbook of our People's Health Edition. You don't need to do many questions. It's the kind that you have to read over and over again, and you know it well. There is nothing else to do.
(3) Physical Chemistry: Physical Chemistry (satellite version).
Materialization generally refers to filling in the blanks, with 20 points, short answers and 5 points. Fill in the blanks will involve calculation, but it won't be too complicated. Physical Chemistry Examination Guide (Ada, Peking University Medical Press), the title of this book is similar to that of Beijing Medical University, and it is recommended.
(4) Analytical Chemistry: Analytical Chemistry (People's Health Edition).
The analysis questions of Peking University are wonderful and comprehensive, and the reference value of the questions on the market is not great. The review method is to read the textbook repeatedly, pay attention to the vertical and horizontal connection and grasp it macroscopically. You can also look at the summary of knowledge points in each chapter of the reference book and pay attention to the summary. Generally, there are only five short answer questions, and quantitative analysis is less. The tedious calculation of the four major titrations can be ignored. It is important to understand the basic principles and use them flexibly.
2, is 349 drug synthesis (professional degree)
The examination standard of Pharmaceutical Synthesis involves five courses, the contents and scores are medicinal chemistry (20%), pharmacy (25%), pharmaceutical analysis (20%), pharmacology (25%) and pharmaceutical regulations (10%) respectively.
