I. Heilongjiang University
Heilongjiang University, located in Harbin, Heilongjiang Province, is a provincial comprehensive university jointly founded by Heilongjiang Provincial People's Government, China People's Government, Ministry of Education and National Bureau of Science, Technology and Industry for National Defense. Heilongjiang province is a "double first-class" domestic first-class university.
It has been selected into the National Excellent Legal Talents Education and Training Plan, the Basic Capacity Building Project of Central and Western Universities, the Characteristic Key Discipline Project, the National High-level University Public Postgraduate Program, the China Municipal Government Scholarship Receiving Institution for International Students, the National Model University for Deepening Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education Reform, and the Demonstration Base for Studying in China of the Ministry of Education.

Heilongjiang University of Science and Technology, located in Harbin, is a full-time undergraduate college approved by the Heilongjiang Provincial People's Government and the National Emergency Management Department. Its history can be traced back to 1947 Northeast Mining Area Workers Cadre School. After many adjustments and renaming, it was renamed as 20 13.
The school has three campuses, covering an area of 709,900 square meters, 17 secondary colleges, and 6 1 undergraduate majors, covering postdoctoral research stations and a number of doctoral and master's degree authorization points. There are 0/785 faculty members and 24,492 full-time students, including 229 undergraduates and 0/582 doctoral and master students.

Heilongjiang International University, referred to as "Longwai", located in Harbin, Heilongjiang Province, is the only language undergraduate college in Heilongjiang Province.
It is the key construction university of "1 1 15" project in Heilongjiang Province, a characteristic application-oriented undergraduate demonstration university in Heilongjiang Province, a training base for teachers in secondary vocational schools, a training base for English teachers in primary and secondary schools of the Education Department of Heilongjiang Province, and a training base for rural English teachers of the Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese Charity Foundation in Heilongjiang Province.
