2. Engaged in coaching for more than 5 years and with intermediate or above coaching titles, and cultivated outstanding athletes with the highest national level 1 or above.

3. According to the tasks and objectives of the national training team to participate in international competitions, foreign coaches are hired by competitive recruitment or contract agreement.

4. Have a strong sense of responsibility, honor and dedication to the equestrian cause.

5, strict self-discipline, excellent moral quality, strictly abide by the requirements and regulations of the state and international organizations on competition and anti-doping work.

6. The unit agrees to participate and coach in the national training team.

Principles and scope of selection:

1, in order to improve the level of equestrian competition in China, undertake the responsibility of winning glory for the country in equestrian events, and undertake the task of the national equestrian team participating in international equestrian competitions.

3. All qualified coaches registered in the State Sports General Administration and holding the equestrian coach qualification certificate issued by the State Sports General Administration (China Equestrian Association), as well as coaches registered in the Chinese Equestrian Association in provinces, cities and districts (including provincial, municipal and district equestrian associations), can sign up for the national training team coaches.

4. Holders of foreign coaches' qualification certificates (certified by the National Equestrian Association) must be registered by the Chinese Equestrian Association, enjoy the same rights as domestic coaches, and can compete for national training team coaches.
