Dongying was born in the oil field and lost in the oil field?
Simply attributing the success or failure of Dongying to the oilfield seems to be no big problem.

But it should be more accurate to say that Dongying is indeed a city that has risen because of oil fields, but its gradual decline is actually the fate of many resource-based cities.

Dongying in the 1960s was not Dongying.

Dongying at that time was Dongying Village, Guangrao County, Huimin District, Shandong Province.

During the oil war, explorers in eastern China discovered an oil field near Dongying. Because the oil field is located near Shengli Village, this oil field composed of Dongying Village, Shengli Village and surrounding villages and towns is named Shengli Oilfield.

1966, Zidong Railway was built to transport crude oil, and Dongying had its first railway station.

Oil changed the fate of Dongying.

Just as the railway changed the fate of Shijiazhuang village in Hebei province and Zheng county in Henan province.

Dongying is favored by the national development plan because of oil.

Roads, railways, railway stations and airports have all reached this small village near Bohai Bay.

Even when Beijing moved out of school in 1969, China Youshi University moved into this small oil town and changed its name to East China Petroleum Institute.

From 65438 to 0983, Dongying became a prefecture-level city.

The license plate number is Lu e, which shows that the status is not low.

Oil has brought many unimaginable resources to Dongying, and it only took Dongying more than 20 years to develop from a village to a prefecture-level city.

However, it seems that not many people have made long-term plans for this small town, including local aborigines, oil workers, university teachers and foreign students. Dongying is a simple city. Oil brings us together, but it doesn't seem to unite.

For example, the relocation of Youshi University in China.

In 2002, China Youshi University began to pay attention to Qingdao, a city with better infrastructure and economic environment, and then moved its main college to Qingdao without nostalgia.

In Shandong province, the GDP of Dongying in 20 17 is 380 1 100 million yuan, far exceeding that of some third-tier cities.

As a city with a population of only 210.3 million, Dongying's per capita GDP can be said to be considerable.

However, the crisis in Dongying seems to be more obvious than other cities.

Such as an aging population.

In 20 14, there were about 350,000 people aged over 60 in Dongying, accounting for 18% of the total population in that year.

Frankly speaking, the population aging in Dongying is an irreversible situation.

This may be the real decline of Dongying.

The discovery of oil brought a large number of workers, the relocation of colleges and universities brought a large number of teachers and students, and the railway station promoted commercial exchanges in Dongying and other places.

However, all this seems to have stopped. There is so much oil brought to Dongying, and Dongying needs to create the rest by itself. Obviously, Dongying cannot be created.

So talented, skilled and ambitious people choose to vote with their feet and leave the city. The relocation of Youshi University in China is a sign, and the aging population shows that it is difficult for Japan to absorb young people. The old man is too old to leave.

The rise of Dongying is a natural oil resource.

The decline of Dongying should be due to the high-quality resources and talents originally given to Dongying, and they decided to leave.

If you go to other places and people ask you where you are from, few people may know about Dongying, but most people still know about Shengli Oilfield, so Dongying's popularity should start from the oilfield.

Now I would like to put forward my personal views on Wukong's problem:

Dongying is also a resource city. Relying on Shengli Oilfield, all construction is also concessions to the oilfield, so there will be oil wells in unexpected places in Dongying, and pumping units may be in the community or in the middle of the road. Moreover, Dongying is the city with the highest per capita wage in Shandong Province. This honor benefits from the contribution of oilfield workers, so there is no doubt that Dongying must be "Ye Cheng Oilfield".

Therefore, whether we can "beat the oil field" depends on the economic composition of Dongying and the development direction of local enterprises. Oil refining, chemicals, tires and non-ferrous metals are the economic pillars of Dongying. If there is no oil one day, it is estimated that the refinery will definitely not exist, and others are highly polluting industries. Therefore, if Dongying can successfully transform before the oil runs out, it may be ok, but the opposite is not optimistic.

I don't like Dongying anyway. The contradiction between local and oil fields is too deep, the composition of Dongying personnel is complex, and the public security is not very good.

Do you know the economic proportion of 20 17 oil and land? 1:9, specifically 1 1%:89%, local economy has long been the main body of Dongying. In fact, before the oil field was included, most of the income of the oil field was contributed to the central government, while the local government did not get much. The contribution of the oil field is that the initial infrastructure of Dongying was built on the basis of the oil field, and the initial high-consumption population of Dongying was also employees of the oil field, which promoted the initial development of the local economy and of course led to the high prices in the forefront of the province.

Now the oil field is indeed declining, but Dongying has not lost! We don't mention the oil city now. Now Dongying's goal is to build a high-quality growth pole in Shandong, a cultural tourism destination where the Yellow River enters the sea, and a vibrant modern wetland city. Dongying has also been approved to create a national innovative city, and the number of high-tech enterprises has grown to 149. The pillar industries of Dongying are petrochemical, rubber, petroleum equipment, non-ferrous metals and new materials. At present, a large part of the petrochemical industry uses imported crude oil, with better quality and lower price than oil fields. Dongying's petroleum equipment manufacturing enjoys a good reputation at home and abroad. The petroleum equipment industry in Dongying District, where the equipment manufacturing industry is the most concentrated, accounts for 80% of the whole province and 30% of the whole country. In 20 17, there were 78 oil equipment enterprises above designated size in the whole region, with the main business income of 211900,000 yuan. Dongying is vigorously developing the "four potential industries" of biomedicine, aerospace, modern and efficient agriculture and cultural tourism. In recent years, Dongying is trying to discover these major industries and has a certain foundation. Taking aerospace as an example, there is a commercial aircraft test base in China, C9 19 is being tested, Beihang Research Institute is under construction, and Airbus China Delivery Center is expected to be located in Dongying. Efficient Agriculture Visit the Yellow River Delta Agricultural High Demonstration Zone, and you can see the future of Dongying agriculture.

I dare not take it for granted that Dongying defeated friends in the oil field!

Dongying was born in the oil field, but it was not defeated by the oil field. Losing is also losing to yourself. Many residents in Dongying come from all over the country and should be culturally diverse and inclusive. In fact, it is not localism that seriously eats land. The oilfield people who have built the city for many years and have distinct latitude and longitude have never really been regarded as residents of Dongying City. Not to mention the migrant workers in Dongying. Dongying's failure to eliminate the local ruffian culture will seriously affect the future development of Dongying.

Perhaps many people have never even heard of the name Dongying, and don't know where it is, but when it comes to Shengli Oilfield, its reputation is thunderous, and people with a little knowledge of geography know it. The base camp of Shengli Oilfield is in Dongying City.

Shengli Oilfield is the first, and Dongying is the second.

1955, China explored oil in North China Plain. 196 1 year, Hua 8 well was drilled near Dongying village (remember, Dongying is a very small place name), and industrial oil flow was first seen, with a daily crude oil output of 8. 1 ton, thus Shengli Oilfield was discovered. 1962 Well Ying 2 was drilled in Dongying structure with a daily output of 555 tons, which was the highest in China at that time. Subsequently, a large-scale oil exhibition began, and a large number of oil technicians, workers and their families poured into Dongying today. Starting from 1950, Guangrao, Lijin and Kenli in Dongying today belong to the administrative office of Huimin District, and 1983+00 established Dongying prefecture-level city. Shengli Petroleum Administration Bureau was formally established on 1989, and its main body is located in Dongying City. Therefore, the relationship between Shengli Oilfield and Dongying is the first in Shengli Oilfield and the second in Dongying City.

Dongying economic development

Because of the existence of Shengli Oilfield, Dongying's petroleum, chemical, special equipment and other industries have a huge scale, which has greatly promoted the local economic development. In 20 17 years, Dongying's GDP reached 380 billion yuan. For a city with a population of only 2.2 million, the economic scale is very large, so the per capita GDP is among the best in the country, and the per capita GDP is 177376 yuan, which is equivalent to 2627 1 US dollar at the annual exchange rate.

In 20 17, Dongying had 22.35 million tons, accounting for 1 1% of the national total oil output. The output of gasoline, diesel oil and liquefied petroleum gas is also high, and oil exploitation and processing industry have become the economic pillars of Dongying.

No, no. Dongying Ye Cheng Oilfield, if you lose, you won't say it! Dongying oil refining capacity can refine the annual output of three Shengli oil fields and two actual oil refining fields. If 50% of the oil fields are laid off on a large scale, it will be almost devastating to Dongying's economy. The proportion of oil field people's consumption is much greater than that of GDP. Cultural construction is also ahead of Dongying, keeping pace with Jinan and Qingdao. Dongying city, which has no oil fields, will also stand side by side with Laiwu!

Just one word! Without oil, Dongying is a village! Transformation failed! Look at how many pumping units are still in operation in Dongying in recent years. ! Self-oil production is more expensive than imported oil! No wonder two barrels of oil say that the more you sell, the more you lose! Let's take a look at the development of several counties and districts in Dongying City. The rest is not clear. How does Guangrao develop? This is a retrogression. In addition to constantly applying for honorary titles of various cities and raising housing prices, what else? A small county with a population of 500,000 to 600,000, the house price is about 1 10,000, which is simply nonsense. Tire chemical enterprises have closed down one after another, and unfinished buildings have appeared constantly. Even the buildings of traditional Chinese medicine hospitals and development zone health centers that benefit people's livelihood have not been built for three years and are on the verge of unfinished business. I really don't know. What's going on?

Dongying was indeed formed in the oil field, but it was not defeated by the oil field. At present, Dongying City is still developing normally, and GDP is affected by the decrease of oilfield output value brought by oil prices, but it has not declined, because other industries hold up half the sky.

So it is wrong to say that Dongying was defeated by the oil field. In fact, Dongying has been developing industries other than oil fields. Although some enterprises are related to oil fields, they can also develop outward. Therefore, Shengli Oilfield, as a central enterprise, has a great influence on Dongying City, but it is not enough to destroy Dongying City.

Therefore, we believe that Dongying will gradually increase the development of other alternative industries for historical reasons.

A lesson.

Formerly called Huimin District, it belongs to Binzhou. A group of oil field people who came early know that Dongying is good at begging and it is normal to starve people. Later, a large number of people from oil fields poured in. At that time, the oil fields were well paid and the wages were high, which directly promoted consumption. Especially in the late 1990s, a large number of people from Northeast China and South China flocked to do business. With the rapid development of Dongying's economy, Dongying locals have little sense of existence at this time. Until 2 1 century, the enterprises reformed by the state were all enterprises, and there could be no public security law, schools, hospitals, etc. With the rise of real estate, Dongying made a fortune by selling land. With funds, various enterprises have also risen, but the daily chemical reform in oil fields has gone downhill. Oil field is a resource-based city. Although eco-tourism is called every day, there are few places to take it out.

The person who said this must be a local! Must be from an oil field! Losing in the oil field is a fallacy! Because Dongying was established because of the discovery and development of oil fields, because of the output value of oil fields, because of the population in the campaign and the investment of PetroChina, otherwise, the local agriculture and population would never squeeze to the level of prefecture-level cities! Relying on the advantages of technology, talents and industry, Dongying chose petrochemical industry and equipment manufacturing as the leading industries. On the one hand, we build refining enterprises, on the other hand, we sell equipment to oilfield enterprises. Can Dongying develop without oil fields? Is it realistic that you cut the oil fields and places so clean? Let's not be so arrogant!
