Legal analysis: full-time college graduates with bachelor degree or above and non-local residents under the age of 45 can apply for residence with graduation certificate. If I have a legally stable residence, I shall apply for settlement in the legally stable residence; I don't have a legally stable residence, but my immediate family members have a legally stable residence, and I can apply for settlement in the legally stable residence of my immediate family members; If there is no legally stable residence, you can apply for settlement in the unit collective household or the district (city) county talent exchange center collective household. Materials required to settle in a legally stable residence:

1, home application form; (On-site collection or online download by the public security accreditation center)

2. Diploma (if lost, provide diploma); (Original and copy)

3. "Chengdu Talent Service Code" verified by the Municipal People's Social Security Bureau; (Website/application designated by Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau)

4. The applicant's household registration book (if the household registration remains in the school, provide the migration certificate) and resident ID card; (Original and copy)

5. Proof of legal and stable residence at the place of entry; (Original and copy)

6. Household registration book (provided by household registration book); (Original and copy)
