1. Host families can get in touch with American culture and customs at the nearest distance and participate in family activities, which is conducive to practicing their spoken English. Students have a separate room with good furniture and can enjoy American food. Breakfast and Chinese food are provided by the host family, and students can simply cook or heat. Dinner is provided by host family members. Every host family will have a direct bus to the school, which takes no more than 45 minutes. Some host families will pick up students every day. Host families provide the following services when new students arrive: pick up the plane, visit the campus, assist in handling bank cards and Washington ID cards, long-distance telephone cards, take them to buy food and daily necessities, and send them to and from school.

Accommodation fee: 550 USD/month (including accommodation), and resettlement fee is 300 USD.

Step 2 share the rent

The shared dormitory is near the school, so students need to cook by themselves and have strong independent living ability. The shared dormitory has a fully equipped kitchen, tableware, bedding, TV, local telephone line, washing machine, dryer and furniture. The shared dormitory provides the following services when new students arrive: picking up the plane, visiting the school, assisting in handling bank cards, Washington ID cards and long-distance telephone cards.

If you need to share an off-campus dormitory, you can contact the school and take care of your living expenses, about 200 dollars/month.

Accommodation fees range from 300-800 USD/month, and a resettlement fee of 300 USD is required for renting for 3 months.

3. School apartment

CCA School Apartment is located in the corner of the campus, five minutes' walk away from the teaching area, close to the library and other places.

An apartment has four separate bedrooms and two bathrooms. Everyone pays the rent. Furniture and bedding are complete (bed, table, living room furniture). The kitchen includes refrigerator, stove/oven/microwave oven and dishwasher. There are laundry rooms, coin-operated washing machines, dryers and so on. Convenient parking lot, rent includes utilities, cable TV connector, high-speed internet, local telephone, 24-hour security, long-distance telephone card, large-screen TV in living room, comfortable sofa and chair.
