First, the advantages of personal supervision:
1, the supervision process is undisturbed, the supervisor has enough time to fully discuss the service cases with the supervised person, and the supervision process is highly secretive, so the supervisor can carefully check the work records of the supervised person and grasp the work progress. At the same time, the supervisor can also get a general understanding of the situation of the supervised person and determine the number of services that the supervised person can undertake. Individual supervision is essentially a process of individual consultation, so supervisors can provide full and effective service demonstrations to the supervised.
2. For every supervised service case, there will be a lot of information transmission and collision from different viewpoints, and various viewpoints can correct the prejudice and blind spots that may be brought about by single supervision. Supervised people can have the opportunity to learn from other supervised colleagues how to handle their service cases. Have the opportunity to listen, share and learn from the work experience of other supervised colleagues in handling various cases, and the group mode can provide opportunities for full role-playing.
Second, the shortcomings of personal supervision:
1. The supervised person only accepts the information of one supervisor, which may not help the supervised person's service or even be biased. The supervisor and the supervised are too close to each other, and it is easy to develop into a planned relationship unconsciously.
2. The supervised person has no chance to contact other supervisors, and it is impossible to compare the handling strategies and skills of different supervisors in the same service stage. ?
