In addition to the graduates who have been promoted to college, studied in graduate schools and gone abroad for further study, the employment notices of other graduates are included in my files as the basis for identity change.
4. Student card. Certificate of undergraduate or junior college student status recognized by the school student status management department.
5. report card. Students' academic transcripts approved by the Academic Affairs Office should be stamped with the official seal of the Academic Affairs Office.
6. Organizational relationship. (B) student file management
1. Within one month of freshmen's admission, their files will be directly handed over to the counselor by the freshman admission department; In some areas, freshmen bring their own files to school. Freshmen directly hand over the archives to the counselor, and students are not allowed to touch the contents of the archives themselves during the period. The seal must be intact.
2. During college, students' files are directly managed by counselors, who are responsible for collecting and sorting out all kinds of reward and punishment materials during college and putting them into files. When the student status changes, the student files are directly transferred between counselors.
3. When students leave school after graduation, the counselor is responsible for sorting out the files according to the requirements of the contents of the students' files. After the check is complete and correct, hand it over to the college students' employment guidance center. The employment guidance center for college students will transfer out in a confidential way according to the employment destination of graduates, or file escrow will be implemented according to the application of graduates. In principle, graduates should not bring their own files, and graduates should never be allowed to keep files for a long time.
4, midway transfer, drop out of school and other student status change files, by the counselor to the college student employment guidance center for the record, and then transferred in a confidential form. The files of students who have dropped out of school are directly handed over to the archives department in charge of students.
5. If students need to consult files in advance for further studies, civil service exams, etc. Students can inform counselors to access their document transfer letters. If it is necessary to transfer the files in advance, the counselor should transfer the student files to the college students' employment guidance center for the record and then transfer them in a confidential manner. Counselors are not allowed to send or carry student files directly to students. Archival materials after graduation from university can be re-archived by counselors to form supplementary files to the original files. When leaving school after graduation, the supplementary files will be handed over to the employment guidance center for college students by the counselor, handed over to the archives management department of the admission school or unit in a confidential manner, and then merged with the original files for filing.
6. Graduates who have signed employment contracts before leaving school shall be handed over to the personnel file management department of the employer by the counselor, and the employment guidance center for college students shall be responsible for handing over the files on schedule. In order to ensure that the forwarding arrives on time, graduates are responsible for filling in the address and receiving unit of the file forwarding, and counselors and employment departments are responsible for checking.
7. Graduates who have not signed an employment contract before leaving school may voluntarily apply to the department in charge of archives in their place of origin for file transfer, or apply to the employment department of the school for file continued custody. The longest term of school archives escrow is 2 years, and after the expiration, it will be transferred back to the archives department of the student source in a confidential manner.
8. Student files are the true records of students' growth trajectory, and their management and transfer are very serious matters. The outward transfer of files must be registered and filed by the employment guidance center for college students, sealed in a standardized way, and transferred in a confidential manner, and other departments or individuals may not handle it without authorization.
9. Graduates stay in school files temporarily. Within 2 years after leaving school, the career guidance center for college students will provide file shifting and identity inquiry services. If the files are lost due to uncertain factors, they can be reissued after verification, and the contents of the reissue are limited to the files during the university period.
10. The College Students' Employment Guidance Center shall be responsible for explaining the unfinished matters.
