Universities can go out without classes. Universities are inherently freer than high schools, and so are Yunnan Jiaotong University. If epidemic prevention permits, you should go in and out, and don't go to areas with high epidemic risk.

You can go out to play when you have no classes in college, which is different from high school. After all, you are a college student, and the school will not restrict you.
