Chapter I General Provisions

Article 1 In order to ensure the smooth enrollment, standardize the enrollment behavior, and earnestly safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of candidates, the Articles of Association are formulated in accordance with the Education Law of the People's Republic of China, the Higher Education Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) and other relevant enrollment regulations of the Ministry of Education, combined with the actual situation of our school.

Article 2 These Articles of Association are applicable to the enrollment of full-time undergraduates in our school, including general college entrance examination, high-level sports teams, art majors, comprehensive evaluation admission, national special plans, local special plans, Xinjiang senior middle schools, preparatory classes for ethnic minorities, and directional enrollment plans.

Article 3 Full name of the school: Nanjing University of Technology. School code: GB code 1029 1, and the school codes of provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government) shall be subject to the admissions departments of the provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government). The school currently has three campuses, among which Jiangpu Campus is located at No.30 Puzhu South Road, Jiangbei New District, Nanjing, Dingjiaqiao Campus is located at No.5 Xinmaomo Road, Gulou District, Nanjing, and Hongqiao Campus is located at No.200 Zhongshan North Road, Gulou District, Nanjing.

Article 4 The school is a public undergraduate full-time school with a history of 100 years.

Ordinary colleges and universities, one of the first batch of 14 colleges and universities selected in the national "Innovation Ability Improvement Plan of Colleges and Universities" (20 1 1 plan), are the key supporting colleges and universities for the construction of high-level universities in Jiangsu.

Article 5 Schools shall recruit undergraduates from Jiangsu Province and other provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government). The name of the school granting academic qualifications is: Nanjing University of Technology. Students who meet the graduation requirements of this major within the specified time are awarded the undergraduate diploma of Nanjing University of Technology; Students who meet the relevant provisions of the school's degree granting shall be awarded the bachelor's degree certificate of undergraduate graduates of ordinary colleges and universities.

Chapter II Organizational Structure

Article 6 The leading institution for undergraduate enrollment in schools is the leading group for undergraduate enrollment.

Article 7 The organization and implementation institution of school enrollment work is the Admissions Office of Nanjing University of Technology.

Article 8 Schools shall set up enrollment working groups in all provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) according to needs to be responsible for enrollment publicity and consultation in their own regions. The head of the enrollment working group is appointed by the school.

Article 9 The enrollment of schools shall be supervised by the superior departments, internal departments and third parties. The enrollment work of the school is subject to the supervision of the supervision department and the supervision of all sectors of society.

Chapter III Enrollment Plan

Tenth according to the school's talent training objectives, school conditions, as well as the actual situation of the number of college entrance examinations in each province, the quality of students, regional coordinated development and other factors, combined with the preparation of the school's student enrollment plan in recent years, comprehensive analysis to determine the school's provincial student enrollment plan. After being reported to the Ministry of Education for examination, it shall be announced to the public by the departments in charge of enrollment of all provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government).

Article 11 According to the regulations of the Ministry of Education, the number of reserved plans in our school shall not exceed 0.5% of the total enrollment plans of our school, which is mainly used to adjust the imbalance of students in online joint entrance examinations in various places. When the enrollment plan needs to be adjusted according to the situation of students, the school shall apply to the competent department of enrollment plan and the competent department of enrollment of relevant provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) and implement it after approval.

Twelfth schools according to the provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government) to determine the proportion of filing, according to the order of voluntary filing, the proportion of filing in principle is controlled within 120%; According to the batch of filing in parallel volunteer, the proportion of filing should be controlled within 105% in principle.

Chapter IV Access Rules

Thirteenth candidates who meet the registration requirements stipulated by the Admissions Committee of the province (autonomous region or municipality directly under the Central Government) where the students are located can apply for the exam, and students can take the general college entrance examination organized by the whole province.

Among them, candidates who apply for high-level sports teams must meet the relevant requirements of the "Nanjing University of Technology 2020 High-level Sports Teams Admissions Guide", and the enrollment items include baseball, softball, track and field, and table tennis. Candidates must meet the requirements of high-level sports teams in all provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government). Among them, baseball and softball candidates must take the national unified examination, and track and field and table tennis candidates must take the school examination organized by our school. After passing the test, our school will select the best candidates according to their professional test scores and cultural test scores.

Candidates who apply for art majors must meet the relevant requirements of the "Nanjing University of Technology 2020 Art Major Admissions Guide", and the results of the provincial professional unified examination and cultural unified examination must reach the minimum control score line of the province; Among them, the minimum requirement for candidates in Jiangsu Province to fill in their volunteers is that no more than three subjects fail in the seven required subjects (grade C and above are qualified). If the admissions department of the province where the candidate is located has clear admission rules, it shall be admitted according to its rules; If there are no clear admission rules, they will be selected according to the comprehensive scores of the provincial unified examination and the college entrance examination.

Jiangsu candidates who apply for comprehensive evaluation must meet the relevant requirements of "Nanjing University of Technology 2020 Comprehensive Evaluation Admissions Guide", and must participate in the interview organized by our school after the registration materials have passed the preliminary examination. Candidates who have passed the interview and passed the publicity will be selected by our school according to the relevant regulations.

Article 14 Schools shall, in accordance with the requirements of the Ministry of Education and relevant provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) for the enrollment of ordinary colleges and universities, implement the enrollment system in which schools are responsible and the enrollment departments of provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government supervise, adhere to the comprehensive measurement of morality, intelligence, physique, beauty and labor, and recruit students according to the examination results of candidates and the published enrollment plan in strict accordance with relevant regulations.

Fifteenth schools will determine the proportion of file transfer according to the relevant provisions of the provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government). If the number of people is insufficient, they will participate in parallel colleges (including those that obey their wishes) to collect voluntary admission or draw other voluntary admission according to regulations.

Article 16 (Applicable to Candidates in Jiangsu Province) The requirements for the academic level test of candidates admitted to ordinary schools are as follows: Choose the subject BB (Chinese-foreign cooperative education BC), and the subject must be qualified (or above Grade C).

Article 17 (Applicable to Candidates in Jiangsu Province) The school will convert the scores of the candidates' selected subjects into grade difference scores, and rank them after adding the grade difference scores to the candidates' voting scores. If the physics (history) score of the selected subjects reaches A+ or A, add 3 points and 2 points respectively; The score of another elective course is A+ or A, which is 2 points and 1 point respectively.

Eighteenth schools in the admission of candidates, will take the professional grade difference (the overall grade difference is not more than 3 points) merit-based admission (Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region adopts professional voluntary admission). Candidates with the same bidding scores shall be sorted according to the rules of provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) on the comparison of the same scores. The admission information shall be subject to the information published by the competent admissions departments of all provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government).

Nineteenth pilot provinces (municipalities directly under the central government) should be admitted according to the relevant provisions of their college entrance examination reform plan.

Article 20 The standard academic system for undergraduate majors is 4 years (including 5 years for architecture and urban and rural planning). Candidates applying for architecture and urban and rural planning require a certain artistic foundation, which is not suitable for color blindness and color weakness.

Twenty-first schools strictly implement the Guiding Opinions on Physical Examination of Enrollment in Colleges and Universities issued by the Ministry of Education and related regulations (physical examination and requirements for special majors). There is no requirement for the ratio of male to female when the school enrolls new students.

Twenty-second schools in strict accordance with the relevant provisions of the Ministry of Education and provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government) to implement preferential policies for extra points.

Twenty-third schools do not restrict candidates to take the foreign language exam, and only English courses are offered in public foreign language courses (except language majors).

Chapter V Others

Twenty-fifth schools charge fees by academic year according to the standards approved by the price department of Jiangsu Province (Su Jiafei [2065 438+04] 136, Su Jiafei [2065 438+07]243):

Article 26 The accommodation fee for student apartments is RMB 800- 1500 yuan/person/year per academic year (Su Caizong [2004] 122, Su Jiafei [2006] 185, Su Caizong [2006]35).

Twenty-seventh schools implement the management of credit system fees, tuition fees in advance according to the academic year, the end of the academic year settlement, graduation settlement. Specifically, the fees and related refunds shall be implemented in accordance with document Su Jiafei [2006] No.319 and the School's Measures for the Administration of Credit System Fees (if any new document is issued, it shall be implemented according to the new document).

Twenty-eighth freshmen, the school within three months of the new qualification examination and physical re-examination. Those who fail to pass the review shall be dealt with according to the relevant provisions of the state, and those who are found to be fraudulent shall be disqualified.

Chapter VI Supplementary Provisions

Article 31 The Articles of Association shall be announced to the public through the undergraduate enrollment network of our university and the higher-level enrollment department. If there is any misunderstanding in the articles of association published by various media, the complete articles of association published by our school shall prevail.

Article 32 If there is any conflict between our previous policies and regulations on enrollment and the Articles of Association, the Articles of Association shall prevail, and the original policies and regulations shall be abolished immediately; When national laws, regulations, rules and relevant policies at higher levels change, the changed provisions shall prevail.

Article 33 The Articles of Association shall be interpreted by the Admissions Office of Nanjing University of Technology.
