1. Tieling Teachers College: Located in the new urban area of Tieling City, Liaoning Province, it was founded on 1978. 2. Fushun Teachers College: Founded in 1978 and formerly known as Fushun Teachers College, it is a municipal local university approved by the Ministry of Education. The school's predecessor was Fushun College Class of Liaoning University, which was founded in 1978. 1993 changed its name to Fushun normal college.1998 in July, Fushun normal school and Fushun art kindergarten normal school merged into a school.

3. Liaoning Public Security Judicial Management Cadre College: approved by the Ministry of Education, it is under the leadership of the Liaoning Provincial People's Government and the Liaoning Provincial Public Security Department. It is the only institution of higher learning in the province's political and legal system that integrates general education, on-the-job police training and police rank promotion training.
