By February, 2023, there were 2,945 faculty members in the school, including full-time teachers 19 16 and full-time teachers with senior professional and technical positions 1254. There are 7 academicians (including double employment), 4 winners of "National Innovation Award", national talents 1 10, and provincial and ministerial talents 120. There are 24 candidates for the "Longjiang Scholars" support program. There are 2 innovation teams of the Ministry of Education, 9 national defense science and technology innovation teams, 2 innovation teams in key areas of the Innovative Talents Promotion Program of the Ministry of Science and Technology, and 8 leading talent echelons in Heilongjiang Province. 1 student was awarded "national model of teaching and educating people", 1 student was awarded "national advanced worker", and two teams were selected as "national Huang Danian-style teachers in colleges and universities".

4. Scientific research achievements
