What good eating habits should college students cultivate?
First of all, we college students must have breakfast. Many of our college students have no classes in the morning and play late at night, so they get up late in the morning. Many people combine breakfast and lunch, which is very bad. Breakfast for college students is very important because it is related to the mental state of the whole day. So we college students must have breakfast.
