1997 With the support of the Ministry of Geology and Mineral Resources and the People's Government of Sichuan Province, Chengdu University of Technology signed a cooperation agreement with Sichuan Radio and Television Department and Sichuan Radio, Film and Television Art College to jointly establish Chengdu University of Technology Radio, Film and Television Art College.
